Following its acquisition by Bain Capital, Rocket Software, which powers the backbone of our mainframe infrastructure, engaged XPLANE to visualize how Rocket would power legendary outcomes in the legacy world by 2024.
XPLANE co-created an activation program that combined communications, training, and tools to inform, align, and equip Rocketeers to execute the strategy. Within three months of launch, 87% of Rocketeers surveyed reported that they “understood, supported, and were driving” Rocket’s strategy forward.
