XPLANE SPINS OFF FROM DACHIS GROUP, OPERATING AS INDEPENDENT COMPANY

Information design consultancy re-establishes itself as Portland-based firm

PORTLAND, OR. (July 2, 2012) – XPLANE today announced that it has been spun out from Dachis Group, re-establishing itself as an independently operated company headquartered in Portland, Oregon.

Aric Wood will reassume his role as chief executive officer at XPLANE; Parker Lee, former vice president of sales and marketing, will act as president; Rich Shawen, former chief financial officer, and Dave King, former vice president of client services, will both return to their previous positions. Patrick Dodson and Drew Mattison will lead the company’s business development team.
