XPLANE Launches Hub to Help Practitioners Accelerate Positive Change

Explore powerful tools and resources designed to create organizational change, inspire ideas, and fuel transformation.

Dear friends, clients, and colleagues,

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of Studio X — a new arm of XPLANE dedicated to empowering individual changemakers, globally, to accelerate positive change in the world.

For the last 25 years, XPLANE has been using the power of visual thinking to untangle complexity and create a clear path forward for over 100 of the Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, we’ve developed a host of original ideas, tools, and frameworks that have guided our work and delivered astounding results for our clients.

Collaboration and co-creation are the hallmarks of human success. As technology and artificial intelligence take more prominent roles in our world, the ways we live, work, and relate to one another are fundamentally changing; the world around us is evolving at an exponential pace. It is incumbent upon us as humans to elevate our capacity for tackling increasingly complex problems, collaborate better, and communicate with greater clarity.

Many of you—our friends, clients, and colleagues—have told us that you, too, are tackling similar challenges all across the world, but as brave individuals without the resources of a Fortune 500 company behind you. We’ve heard the many calls for help from startups, non-profits, government agencies, and social enterprises. Today we are answering them. We are excited to unleash these powerful tools that have been battle-tested, iterated on, and improved over 25 years into your hands.

Studio X will also continue to develop new tools, templates, and products to support changemakers, many of which we hope to co-create with you. Together, we hope that these tools will support our shared purpose of accelerating positive change in the world.

Best,

Aric Wood

CEO, XPLANE
