Conscious Business Practice: Vision and Strategic Planning for Non-Profits
We’re broadening our focus to include the growing world of conscious business—organizations making an impact not only for funders, but also for society.
Did you know that if Wal-Mart were a country, its GDP would be larger than 157 of our world’s nations? Dozens of Fortune 500 companies are larger than the GDP of many nations, and the Global 2000 accounts for over $38 Trillion in annual revenue, nearly half of the Gross World Product. Do you want to change the world? Well, changing the world of business is clearly the place to start. Business, as a force of change around the globe, is more concentrated, and more impactful, than at any time before us in history.
XPLANE’s purpose is to “Clarify and Navigate Complexity to Create Meaningful Impact.” We do this by helping organizations clarify, communicate, align, and activate their stakeholders, so everyone is moving towards a common goal. We’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the world’s most impactful organizations, including 15% of the Fortune 500 and numerous governments, global NGOs, and non-profits. Because of this work, visions were launched, strategies deployed, processes improved, and workforces around the world have been activated, driving accelerated, bottom-line results for our clients.
Now, we’d like to broaden our focus to include the growing world of conscious business; those organizations making an impact not only for funders and shareholders, but also for society. XPLANE is pleased to announce the launch of our Conscious Business Practice area, which will be led by CEO Aric Wood, who currently leads XPLANE’s Social Good programs.
Focusing on purpose-led organizations of all types (both for profit and non-profit), XPLANE will offer specialized products and services to help organizations develop a clear vision, conduct strategic planning, and activate strategies across key stakeholders. The Conscious Business Practice will include not only consulting services, but also executive retreats and team offsites, workshops, and products tailored to the unique needs of organizations focused on delivering triple bottom line results and positive societal impacts.
If you’re a non-profit, an NGO, a B-Corp or a for-profit business with a purpose-driven mission, we would love to speak with you about your unique needs and challenges, and how we can support your growth and impact. For more information, please contact me directly at email@example.com.
We believe business can be a force for positive change, and we look forward to collaborating with you.
