Client:
- OMSI
Impact:
- 100% usage of Equity Action Framework in all strategic initiatives, and 50% usage in all decision conversations. Plus, OMSI has developed a voluntary ambassador team to spread the usage from within, has activated the framework within its Board of Directors, and has set a goal to have 100% of all action conversations begin with the framework by 2022.
“Accessibility and Equity” is a core value of The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI), and applying an equity lens to all of its work is core to its strategy. To help its team understand its equity lens and how to apply it to all aspects of their daily work, XPLANE co-created an Equity Action Framework tool to show employees what the framework was, and how to apply it to any size of decision – from tactical daily actions to strategic initiatives.
