Following its acquisition by Bain Capital, Rocket Software, which powers the backbone of our mainframe infrastructure, engaged XPLANE to visualize how Rocket would power legendary outcomes in the legacy world by 2024.
Working with Rocket’s executive team and Bain Capital representatives, XPLANE co-created Rocket’s 2024 vision, “Legacy Powers Legendary.” The vision map created during the process aligns Rocket’s strategic planning process, strategy communications, training, and employee onboarding for 1,500 employees across 20 offices globally.
