Working with senior leaders, XPLANE facilitated creation of AstraZeneca’s vision to leverage digital marketing and health solutions to improve patient experience through improved access, adherence, and patient outcomes. The vision was deployed to global leaders through a “playbook” that outlined not only the “what and why,” but also the “how,” accelerating adoption across the enterprise.
