Four Views Scenario Planning Worksheet

This worksheet will help you create “what if?” action plans should conditions change from your current assumptions.

The key to developing a resilient strategy is preparing for changes to your situation and base assumptions. Once you’ve developed a core strategy, we recommend you build a set of scenarios that anticipate how you’ll respond should your base-case change: A “Go Faster” scenario for accelerated growth, and a “Pump the Brakes”, “Stop the Car”, and “Break Glass” scenario if your context shifts in the face of adversity.

We’ve created the Four Views Scenario Planning Worksheet for you and your team to build resilience into your planning process, and to be prepared as situations change with new information.
