Tim May, Creative Director

Tim oversees nearly all of XPLANE’s projects, including strategy activation, process innovation, culture, and organizational change. He designs and leads workshops, creates visual maps and toolkits for communicating, training, and engaging leaders and associates.

Prior to XPLANE, Tim worked as a part of Hewlett Packard’s internal Innovation Consulting team and as an art director/designer at a number of advertising and marketing agencies.
