Shaping the System: Designing Healthier Conditions for Performance
This second session built on insights from Part 1 of this two-part webinar series, shifting the focus from diagnosis to intentional design.
Once leaders can see the system clearly, the question becomes: Where should we intervene to create the greatest impact—without overloading the organization or starting from scratch?
In Part 2, we explored how leaders use the Thriving Organizations framework to design healthier conditions for performance. Drawing on real-world examples, we’ll examine how targeted adjustments to key levers, decision-making, roles, and ways of working can unlock execution, scale, and value—often by amplifying work already underway.
Participants will left with:
- A framework for assessing and strengthening organizational health
- Guidance on where focused investments deliver outsized returns
- Greater confidence in leading conversations about organizational design and performance
Together, Parts 1 and 2 provided leaders with a cohesive way to understand what’s limiting progress—and how to intentionally design for sustained, high performance.
