About the Learning Experience
This three-day in-person experience is led by an expert change practitioners, and combines classroom lecture, group discussions, break out groups, and case study application of the toolkit found in Change Guides’ The Change Management Pocket Guide. It also covers content from Change Guides’ The Eight Constants of Change.

- A one-on-one coaching session with your instructor within 30 days following the program
How you become Certified in Change Management
- Complete the three-day on-site training program.
- Score 90% on the online Change Guides Certification examination. The test is open book and note. If a score of 90% is not achieved on the first try, the test may be taken again.
- Submit three change management tools for review within 90 days.
After completing all three steps, you will receive your Change Management Certificate from ACMP.
