What is Strategy Activation?

Making organizational change happen is a monumental task, and many strategic planning efforts fail at the point of execution. Why is this? People, or more specifically, the lack of investment we make to engage people in activating strategy.

In our webinar, attendees learned about the emerging practice of integrating human-centered approaches to organizational change, resulting in greater engagement, alignment, and accelerated movement toward achieving your vision—we call this “Strategy Activation.”

During this webinar, attendees reviewed:

  • The principle reasons strategies fail
  • A more human-centered change approach, the “Activation Curve”
  • The key elements of a successful strategy activation program
