This January, Senior Consultant Greg Netzer will be presenting at Culture Summit’s virtual conference. Below is more about his topic and where to register.

Coronavirus catapulted many of us into a remote work era and, as a result, has forced organizations to address how they can run their business and engage their employees at a distance. Even companies that had already implemented remote work systems have struggled to help their entire workforce remain connected, productive, and engaged. But one thing has become clear: Regardless of how well your organization is doing it, this new, distributed way of working is the future of how we will work. And that threatens the very idea of our old work culture constructs.

To succeed, we must adapt and grow a modern work culture. And we need modern leaders to help us define, build, and guide them. In this session, we’ll address how to identify the qualities and traits that are crucial to leadership now, and use them to design the modern leader.

In this session you’ll learn:

  • Why leadership is more important than management in a distributed culture
  • What traits are critical to the success of modern leaders
  • How to assess the “modernization” of your leadership culture
