PORTLAND, Ore. (June 8, 2009) — XPLANE, a global information design consultancy, is named as a finalist in three categories of the Stevie Awards: American Business Awards. XPLANE is one of two finalists for the prestigious category of Best Advertising, Editorial or Design Agency; the sole finalist for Best Animation/Illustration; and one of nine finalists in the category of Best Single Advertisement in the field of Energy.

XPLANE is recognized for the amazing illustration, A Website Named Desire, a poster created for Microsoft showing the inner-workings of website development.
